-500 milliliters of whipping cream.
-300 grams of chocolate.
-300 grams of nougat.
-To decorate: 100 grams of cocoa powder.
-100 grams of white chocolate (coverage).
Step by Step
1-Put the cream in a pot to boil (when boil remove from heat).
2-Add the chocolate and stir.
3-Dissolve until you get a cream.
4-Cut the nougat.
5- Add the nougat, put over low heat and stir until the nougat is mixed with the chocolate.
6-Pass it to a tray (not very deep) and let cool.
7-You can also put it in the freezer to harden faster (always once it is cold).
8-On a tray put cocoa powder to coat the truffles.
9-Make balls and batter in cocoa. With white chocolate, if you want, you can decorate with some threads on top.
